On the palate the wine is full, well-rounded, fleshy and well-balanced. The finish is long and fresh, with sumptuous fruit flavours and a hint of blackberry jam, accented by hints of liquorice and cigar-box.
The advantages of the pebbly soil and mild temperatures give a wine with good backbone, very close to the fruit, extremely delicate, with excellent tannins.
The full, dense flavour is backed by voluptuous tannins, the fruit of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested at the peak of their maturity, endowing this wine with a wonderful richness, volume and depth of flavour.
It shows itself as a fresh and easy to drink wine. Its acidity stands out while the round tannins deliver a balanced structure and a long and generous finish.
